By accessing or using Talanzo ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Talanzo provides the following services:

• CV Builder: Create professional CVs using our templates (Free)
• Job Search: Search and discover job opportunities (Requires account)
• AI Job Matching: Get personalized job recommendations based on your CV (Premium)
• Cover Letter Generator: AI-powered cover letter creation (Premium)

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Free Tier:

• CV Builder with all templates is completely free
• Unlimited CV exports to PDF
• No credit card required

Paid Subscriptions:

• Billed monthly or annually through Stripe
• Prices are displayed in SEK and include VAT where applicable
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• You can cancel anytime from your account settings

Refund Policy:

• 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans
• Contact us within 14 days for a full refund
• After 14 days, no refunds for partial subscription periods

You retain ownership of all content you create using our Service, including your CV, cover letters, and personal information.

By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You agree not to upload content that:

• Is false, misleading, or fraudulent
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains malware or harmful code
• Violates any applicable laws

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Scrape, copy, or harvest data from our platform
• Use automated tools to access the Service (bots, scrapers)
• Resell or redistribute our services without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service

The Service, including its design, features, templates, and code, is owned by Talanzo AB and protected by intellectual property laws.

Our CV templates are provided for your personal use. You may not redistribute, sell, or create derivative works from our templates without permission.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• That the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• That job recommendations will result in employment
• The accuracy of AI-generated content
• That the Service will meet your specific requirements

You are responsible for reviewing and editing any AI-generated content before use.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Talanzo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Stockholm, Sweden.

For EU consumers, this does not affect your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in settings.

We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms, with or without notice.
